The brief

A commercial campus this scale lives or dies on whether visitors can read it as one coherent place rather than a cluster of separate buildings. The brief was to make the glass gallery the spine that ties every block together — visible in the exterior stills as the thing that makes the campus legible from outside, not just useful from within.

Atrium & gallery renders had to double as wayfinding — someone touring the actual campus should recognize the space from the image before they've been told which entrance they're standing at.

Light and palette

We kept the palette deliberately restrained — soft pastel and mint tones against a clear sky, so the architecture reads as calm and considered rather than corporate-glossy even under full sun. The mature trees' hard shadows were left in rather than softened out — they root the building in a real, lived-in campus rather than a stylized render.

Inside the gallery, we let real depth of glazing show — reflections, layered sightlines through multiple floors — so the space feels genuinely open rather than rendered flat.
