The brief
Oasis Modern Villa needed to sell a lifestyle before a single wall existed — a Miami residence where indoor and outdoor living blur, and the pool reads as the emotional center of the home rather than an afterthought. The client's floor plans and elevations gave us the geometry; our job was to give it weather, time of day, and a reason to want it.
The wide glass facades were the obvious hero, but the harder brief was the terraces: they had to feel used, not staged — the kind of space a buyer pictures their own mornings in.
Light and materials
We set the key scenes at late-afternoon light — low sun raking across the pool deck, warm enough to soften the glass and concrete without losing the villa's crisp, minimal lines. Water became a second material in its own right: still enough near the lounge to hold reflections of the facade, gently disturbed at the edges to keep the frame alive.
Landscape staging carried as much weight as the architecture — mature planting at the property line for privacy and scale, low groundcover left open around the terraces so the glass stays the frame's real subject.
